Male Enhancement
There are many reasons to consider penile enhancement procedures, and most can be classified as medically necessary. Those suffering from a condition known as micro-penis may find that an enhancement procedure may help. Micro-penis presents as an undeveloped male organ, usually measuring less than three inches when erect. An undersized organ can have severe detrimental effects on the psychological health and intimate relationships of the patient.
Female Rejuvenation
Time and age can take a toll on a woman’s body and manifests in many ways including facial wrinkles, sagging skin, and even lost elasticity in the vaginal area. The procedure to correct a damaged or aging vagina can take two forms: vaginoplasty or a labiaplasty. To make an informed decision as to which procedure may be right for you, it important to note the distinction between cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.
Cancer Treatment
Urologic cancers include cancers of the bladder, kidney, prostate and testicles, all relatively common. Prostate cancer, for example, is the most common cancer in American men. One out of every 10 men will develop the disease at some time in his life — most often after age 50. Bladder cancer is the fourth most common cancer among men and the ninth most common among women in the United States. Each year, more than 50,000 new cases of bladder cancer are diagnosed. Among American men age 15 to 44, testicular cancer is the most common.
Robotic Surgery
Robotic surgery has become an effective option for modern urologic surgical procedures for many diseases. Sometimes medication or other treatments cannot relieve symptoms and surgery may be the best course of action for many conditions such as prostate cancer, and ureteropelvic junction (UPJ) obstruction, bladder, and kidney cancers.
In today’s advanced medical environment minimally invasive options are available to many people facing surgery. Laparoscopy, which uses very small incisions, is by far the most common and can be effective for routine procedures.
